To lead and manage all customer-facing design coordination activities for data center projects, ensuring full alignment between hyperscale/enterprise client requirements and end-to-end design delivery. The role acts as the primary technical interface between customers and internal multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design compliance, constructability, commercial alignment, and successful project execution across all phases.

Lead customer -facing coordination for hyperscaler and enterprise data center clients, acting as the primary interface between customers, design consultants, internal engineering teams, procurement, construction, and operations.

Review, verify, negotiate, and manage customer technical agreements including MSAs (Master Service Agreements), SLAs (Service Level Agreements), CDEs/Customer Design Engineering requirements, technical compliance schedules, and fit-out specifications.

Translate customer technical, operational, security, resilience, and scalability requirements into actionable design criteria and ensure accurate integration into design deliverables, specifications, and construction documentation.

Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams (architectural, civil, structural, MEP, ICT, security, and commissioning) to ensure customer requirements are fully incorporated without compromising code compliance, efficiency, cost, or project timelines.

Lead technical workshops, design reviews, and coordination meetings with hyperscalers, colocation clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycle stages.

Establish and maintain customer requirement matrices, compliance trackers, and gap analysis reports to monitor alignment between contractual obligations and actual project delivery.

Education:

â¢ Bachelorâs Degree in Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

â¢ Masterâs Degree or MBA (preferred)

Experience:

â¢ 12 years of experience in design within data centers or mission-critical infrastructure

â¢ 5+ years in senior customer-facing design leadership roles

â¢ Proven experience handling international and/or multi-regional projects

â¢ Strong exposure to hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data centers

â¢ Knowledge of data center standards, codes, and regulatory frameworks

Skills:

Strong international customer management experience

Ability to manage remote delivery models across time zones (Dubaiâglobal coordination)

Advanced multidisciplinary design leadership capability

Strong commercial awareness and value engineering skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

High proficiency in BIM, digital collaboration tools, and design platforms

Strategic thinking with a global delivery mindset
