- Support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud applications including Talent Management, ORC and OLC modules.
- Configure and manage the ORC and OLC modules to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Work closely with the HR team to understand their needs and requirements, and design/develop appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any system issues, and coordinate with the IT team for timely resolution.
- Prepare test scripts, conduct system testing, and coordinate UAT testing for new implementations and enhancements.
- Train and guide users on the effective use of Oracle HCM applications, and provide them with timely technical support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HCM with expertise in Talent Management, ORC and OLC.
- Oracle Certification is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
