As a Junior HR Specialist within our Global Business Support (GBS) team, you play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality HR services to employees across France and Belgium. You ensure that every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency. What You'll Do - Respond to employee queries on HR policies, processes, and systems through ServiceNow HRSD. - Process routine HR transactions and requests in line with defined procedures and SLAs. - Maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors with a focus on data accuracy. - Register and track absences and work stoppages, including follow-up with relevant authorities. - Prepare standard HR documents such as certificates and administrative letters. - Assist employees in navigating self-service HR tools and digital platforms. - Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 HR teams on escalations and contribute to process improvements. What You Bring - A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 0 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, personnel administration, or shared services. - Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative workflows. - Familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow or SuccessFactors is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in English is required; French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
