Twój zakres obowiązków:

Aktywna sprzedaż usług i produktów Orange
Realizacja celów sprzedażowych - indywidualnych i zespołowych
Profesjonalna obsługa naszych klientów i klientek zgodna ze standardami Orange
Budowanie trwałych relacji z klientami i klientkami – bo liczy się człowiek
Dbanie o atrakcyjną ekspozycję produktów w salonie
Wsparcie w zadaniach administracyjnych

Nasze wymagania:

Doświadczenie w sprzedaży bezpośredniej lub telefonicznej
Umiejętność słuchania, doradzania i budowania dobrych relacji
Proaktywne podejście do rozwiązywania spraw związanych z obsługą klientów i klientek oraz sprzedażą usług Orange
Gotowość do pracy w oparciu o cele sprzedażowe i system premiowy (prowizyjny)
Sprawna obsługa aplikacji i pakietu MS Office
Gotowość do szybkiego przyswajania wiedzy niezbędnej do doradztwa produktowego
Otwartość na pracę zespołową
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację z klientami i klientkami Orange
