As the Manager, Growth Marketing, you will drive business growth through impactful marketing communications and customer-led marketing initiatives.

You will translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans that build awareness, drive customer acquisition and conversion, and contribute to commercial growth. From developing campaign strategy to bringing it to market, this is a hands-on role that combines customer insights, creative communications, digital marketing and strong commercial thinking.

How You will Make An Impact: 

• Own integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation and post-campaign evaluation.
• Develop compelling marketing communications across paid, owned and earned channels to drive customer awareness, consideration, acquisition and conversion.
• Drive growth initiatives by identifying new customer, channel, partnership and campaign opportunities that contribute to business objectives.
• Translate business priorities into marketing strategies designed around clear customer and commercial outcomes.
• Develop customer propositions and campaign messaging that clearly communicate product benefits, promotions and reasons to choose the brand.
• Partner with Performance Marketing teams to translate brand and communications strategies into effective digital acquisition and conversion activities.
• Use customer, market and campaign insights to identify opportunities, optimise marketing activities and improve overall effectiveness.
• Manage creative, media and other agency partners, providing clear briefs and ensuring high-quality and timely campaign delivery.
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Development, Sales, eCommerce and other business teams to bring marketing initiatives to market.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance against agreed business and marketing KPIs and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor competitor and market activity to identify emerging trends, customer needs and potential growth opportunities.
• Manage multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently while maintaining strong executional rigour and attention to detail.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, integrated marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign process, from strategy and briefing through execution and performance evaluation.
• Experience developing marketing communications across digital and traditional customer touchpoints.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition and conversion principles.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics to make informed recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for customer-facing communications.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious about what drives customers to act and able to connect customer insights, creative communications and commercial objectives.
• Comfortable moving between strategic campaign development and hands-on execution.
