Das Arbeitszeitmodell für diese Position ist: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)
Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:
- Begleitung und Sicherstellung der Überwachung sowie Bewertung der Epoxy-, EP- und PT-Fertigungsprozesse zur Gewährleistung höchster Qualitätsstandards
- Identifikation und Entwicklung von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Prozessoptimierungen zur Sicherstellung stabiler und fehlerfreier Fertigungsabläufe
- Erstellung, Analyse und Bewertung von Produktions- und Qualitätskennzahlen zur kontinuierlichen Überwachung und Steuerung der Fertigungsqualität
- Durchführung prozessbegleitender Sonderprüfungen sowie systematische Analyse von Fehlerursachen aus Reklamationen und zurückgelieferten Bauteilen
- Untersuchung und Bewertung von Nacharbeitsgründen sowie kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenqualität sowie aktive Unterstützung entsprechender Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
Qualifikationen für die Rolle
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Metalltechnik sowie Begeisterung für qualitätsorientierte Fertigungsprozesse
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie Kenntnisse in der Fertigung von Mittelspannungsprodukten, insbesondere im Bereich Epoxy-, EP- und PT-Prozesse
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie analytische Fähigkeiten zur systematischen Fehlerursachenanalyse und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Problemlösungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Lieferanten
- Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
