About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Pool Bar Service in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring smooth flow of operations.
• Develop and present the annual business plan, revenue targets, and expense budgets for review with the Director of F&B.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback and complaints, and ensure positive image preservation.
• Monitor progress against the business plan, forecast, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial and business targets.
• Maintain high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations.
• Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and public relations programs to attract patrons.
• Monitor reports, customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends to ensure successful restaurant concepts and services.
• Stay updated with industry trends through workshops, publications, and networking to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage effective purchasing, stock control, and food cost control, selecting high-quality products while minimizing waste and loss

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business or any relevant field 
• Master’s Degree in Hotel Management

• Health and Safety Certification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant role within the international luxury hospitality industry; 2-3 years of which in managerial position.
