Process Operational Manager (f/m)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Process Operational Manager (f/m) to join our Digital Workplace department based in Toulouse, France

You will be part of a team developing simple, intuitive, and secure workplace tools and services for employees. As part of the Digital Workplace Operational Performance team, you will be involved in operational quality coordination aiming at ensuring process compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Your challenges:

• Ensure alignment and compliance with Airbus processes and quality standards across product teams.
• Continuously review, define, and improve Digital Workplace processes to maximize efficiency and agility.
• Conduct regular surveillance and quality checks on processes, delivering data-driven, actionable insights and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Act as the “voice of Digital Workplace” toward governance and process boards to build a strong collaborative partnership.
• Upskill operational teams on Quality processes and lead structured problem-solving initiatives.

Your boarding pass:

• Proven experience in Company Quality referential, Risk Management and Digital.
• Technical expertise in problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis (PPS, Lean, 5Why).
• Strong Project Management skills (waterfall, Agile Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban, LBIP) and ITIL framework.
• Supplier management and cost control proficiency (SLA, XLA outcomes).
• Advanced level of English; French knowledge will be an added advantage.
