About the Job: 

We are building a talent pool within the Procurement, Contracts & Commercial function at Dubai Holding. 

This is an opportunity to be considered for future roles across this function. As suitable opportunities become available, shortlisted candidates will be contacted. 

We are currently considering profiles for roles such as: 

• Procurement & Sourcing
• Commercial & Cost Management 
• Contracts & Tender Management 
• Procurement Operations & Governance 
• Estimation, Cost Planning & Commercial Analysis 
• Supplier & Vendor Sourcing

The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Supporting sourcing, tendering, and contract administration activities 
• Managing commercial evaluations, cost analysis, and procurement governance 
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers 
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contractual frameworks 
• Supporting supplier performance monitoring and cost optimisation initiatives

About you: 

The ideal candidates will have: 

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field 
• Experience in procurement, contracts, or commercial environments 
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills 
• High attention to detail and process compliance
