The Opportunity

Join us as Product Lead Customer Due Diligence and drive the delivery of our global CDD solution for Worldline during a critical transformation period. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and Delivery Managers whilst consolidating existing CDD solutions into a single source of truth, remediating regulatory gaps, and promoting efficient CDD journeys that enable business growth. As part of our structural rebuilding phase, you'll play a vital role in remediating regulatory observations to ensure we keep the company, its clients, staff and shareholders safe and compliant, whilst driving the area towards the company's north star targets. This permanent position is based in our Stockholm or Warsaw or Hoofddorp office with a hybrid working model.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Own the long-term vision for the global CDD platform.
• Develop and deliver a multi-year roadmap aligned with business and regulatory priorities.
• Balance regulatory commitments with platform modernization.
• Prioritize decisions based on business value, risk reduction and customer outcomes.

Platform Transformation

• Consolidate existing CDD solutions into a unified platform.
• Improve simplicity, scalability and operational efficiency.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to define future capabilities.
• Influence technology investments and strategic decisions.

Leadership

• Lead and coach Product Managers and Delivery Managers.
• Build a high-performing, outcome-focused product organization.
• Set clear priorities and drive disciplined execution across delivery streams.

Executive Stakeholder Management

• Partner with senior business, compliance and technology leaders.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks and recommendations to senior management.
• Align regulatory requirements, business needs and technology delivery.

Who Are We Looking For

• Proven experience owning enterprise software products or platforms
• Experience leading product managers and cross-functional delivery teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern product operating models
• Experience working closely with engineering, architecture and delivery organizations
• Ability to define product strategy and translate it into executable roadmaps
• Experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer Due Diligence, KYC, AML or Financial Crime technology
• Payments, banking or regulated financial services
• Regulatory remediation or compliance technology programmes
• Platform consolidation and modernization initiatives
