Product Manager

工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

• Develop and execute the product strategy & tactics aligned with sales objectives, to deliver sales and market share targets.
• Partner with Marketing Head to define end to end OC product portfolio strategy for China market.

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Market Insight

1. Define the product & brand positioning and manage the product life cycle

2. Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and key end users in core cities.

3. Track and analyse sales performance trends, propose and drive improvement initiatives.

4. Plan & deliver industry conferences, key user seminars, case studies and competitions per annual plan.

5. Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitor dynamics; identify market opportunities, compile market share, competitor sales and key message intelligence.

Marketing Communication & Campaign

Design, develop and oversee update of marketing collateral: brochures, promotional materials for campaigns.

Internal Enablement & Training

Develop marketing training materials for sales & internal teams; deliver training sessions aligned with training department alignment.

HQ Alignment & Cross functional Support

1. Liaise with Global HQ on marketing related topics.

2. Provide product technical support for customer complaint resolution and customer communication.

3. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) team to ensure complete and timely product registrations.

任职资格Job Qualifications

• More than 2-3 years’ working experience of above APM position in MNC pharmaceutical or medical device companies
• Familiar with urology and colostomy in related fields is plus
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Medicine, Pharmacy or other clinical-related disciplines is preferred

• Good presentation skills (Including being well versed in MS Office applications)
