Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote, and if possible, sell, the organization’s products and services according to agreed plans within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet agreed targets.

We're looking for people with minimum 5 years experience as Sales expert in Medical Device or Pharmacy industry, who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. Join us in breaking barriers to well-being as one of our Professional Sales Representative who will responsible for managing smaller-sized customers and deliver educational programs to clinical staff to ensure successful implementation and usage of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customers' needs of customer and support the development of training program that align with their clinical objectives. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and addressing customer needs, developing account plans, and monitoring trend to identify new opportunities.

On your future role with us, you will support clinical education and blended learning styles and selecting the most appropriate offering to meet the needs of customer. Conduct engaging presentations, training, and educational program with varying levels of clinical knowledge about the use and benefits of Essity’s products. Be present in the field to build connections, network, and uncover new insights and opportunities. Have a great knowledge of product portfolios and patient outcomes while at the same time you need to be good on negotiation and closing deals in a way that is mutually beneficial.
