Your role & work environment
As Project Manager at Building Experience & Excellence (BEE Be), your challenge is to deliver scoped BEE projects on time, on budget and at quality โ orchestrating complex change initiatives across functions and business lines.
You will join BEE (Building Experience & Excellence) at ING Belgium โ the department responsible for all real estate and facility services โ as part of a team driving Strategy & Delivery, responsible for delivering meaningful and lasting change projects.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver scoped projects outcome on time, on budget and at the required quality.
- Own the project plan, schedule, budget envelope and risk log.
- Stakeholder alignment as well as project communication.
- Types of projects:
- Improvement projects: sustainability, organization and employee experience.
- Contracting projects (tendering)
- Occasional smaller Real Estate Fit-out projects.
- Use structured change-management methodologies to embed Lean / Agile practices in the teams.

As a Project Manager, you will also need
- A master or equal by experience
- 3 yearsโ experience in project / change management
- Project methodologies and/or certifications (Prince2, Six Sigma, Agile, PACEโฆ)
- Data analytics, Artificial Intelligence and dashboarding
- MS Office
- Dutch, French, English
