Deine Aufgaben

Du hast den politischen Puls im Blick und beobachtest nationale Legislativvorhaben, analysierst ihre Bedeutung für unser Haus und koordinierst die interne Positionierung. So machst Du relevante Entwicklungen frühzeitig sichtbar und schaffst Orientierung.
Komplexe politische und regulatorische Themen bringst Du in Briefingdokumenten, Positionspapieren und Entscheidungsvorlagen präzise auf den Punkt und bereitest die relevanten Fakten, Zusammenhänge und Handlungsoptionen so auf, dass daraus fundierte Entscheidungen entstehen können.
Wenn die EZB aufsichtliche Anfragen an unser Haus richtet, koordinierst Du die fachbereichsübergreifende Bearbeitung und sorgst dafür, dass die relevanten Perspektiven zusammengeführt werden.
Im politischen Dialog vertrittst Du unser Haus souverän und authentisch. Du bringst Deine Expertise bei Gesprächen und Terminen mit politischen Entscheidungsträger*innen ein, hörst aufmerksam zu und baust tragfähige Beziehungen auf.
Und auch hinter den Kulissen sorgst Du für starke Auftritte: Du bereitest Veranstaltungen und Managementtermine mit Entscheidungsträger*innen aus Politik und Bankenaufsicht inhaltlich sorgfältig vor. Dabei entwickelst Du die relevanten Themen, Botschaften und Positionen so, dass unser Management bestens vorbereitet in den Austausch geht.

Dein Profil

Hochschulstudium der Politik-, Verwaltungs-, Rechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
Kenntnisse des Bankenmarkts und der Finanzmarktregulierung sowie Expertise in politischen Prozessen, Institutionen und Akteur*innen auf allen Ebenen
Ausgeprägte Netzwerkfähigkeit, souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
Analytisches Denken sowie eine ziel- und serviceorientierte Herangehensweise
Sorgfältiger, strukturierter und eigenständiger Arbeitsstil
Fähigkeit, über den eigenen Horizont hinaus zu denken und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
