Job Description of Quality Engineer
- Handle and analyze non-conforming materials during operation and facilitate & monitor necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor supplier quality data and follow up, verify and monitor supplier’s corrective actions.
- Organize and participate in regular supplier audit and monitor quality improvement of supplier.
- Create or update quality procedure and inspection criteria, training relevant employee and verify its effectiveness.
- Monitor production process quality data and create, implement & follow up improvement plan.
- Organize and participate in regular process & product audit and follow up quality improvement actions.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering.
- More than 3 years of quality control or process improvement work experience in related manufacturing company.
- Good at listening, reading, written & oral English.
- Good at data analysis and familiar with BI tools and Minitab is a plus.
- Good communication skills and team spirit
