We are seeking a talented individual to join our Recovre team at Marsh. This role will be based in Brisbane, Cairns or Rockhampton. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Recovre’s Rehabilitation Counsellors build trust with clients and collaborate with all stakeholders to support safe and sustainable recovery and return to work. They work within a multi-disciplinary team sharing their expertise to achieve exceptional health outcomes.

We will count on you to:

Build trust with your client and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury and collaborate to problem solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work and independence
Work in a multi-disciplinary team and share your expertise with others
Conduct thorough assessments including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace and Ergonomic assessments
Manage case management and reporting
Travel to clients with flexible work-from-home and office base arrangements

What you need to have:

Full ASORC membership or AHPRA registration
Preference for Rehabilitation Counselling experience
