Job Description:
El Representante de Ventas Internas es responsable de gestionar y desarrollar relaciones comerciales a través de llamadas estratégicas a clientes existentes y potenciales, con el objetivo de incrementar los ingresos y fomentar el crecimiento del negocio.
Responsabilidades:
· Identificar oportunidades de negocio mediante el análisis de tendencias y necesidades del mercado.
· Comunicarse proactivamente con los clientes para posicionar los productos y servicios de UPS, con un enfoque en la captación de nuevos clientes para exportación e importación.
· Realizar investigaciones previas a las llamadas y desarrollar estrategias de ventas efectivas.
· Gestionar y dar seguimiento a consultas relacionadas con facturación, envíos y otros temas operativos, asegurando la satisfacción y fidelización del cliente.
· Cumplir con los objetivos comerciales y métricas establecidas.
· Ejecutar otras tareas asignadas según las necesidades del negocio.
Requisitos:
Estudiante de último semestre o profesional en Comercio Internacional o Negocios Internacionales.
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas.
Manejo de Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
Nivel de inglés mínimo del 70%.
Este rol requiere habilidades de negociación, comunicación efectiva y análisis comercial, además de una orientación al cliente y al logro de resultados.
