Hill International is seeking a Scheduler in Los Angeles, California

Perform complex reviews and analyses of contractor schedules to ensure contract compliance and schedule integrity.
Review baseline schedules, updates, revisions, and recovery schedules.
Prepare clear and comprehensive schedule review comments and recommendations.
Monitor contractor progress and communicate schedule performance, concerns, and potential delays to project staff.
Perform time-impact analyses and evaluate schedule impacts associated with changes, delays, and claims.
Identify scheduling risks, discrepancies, and potential impacts to key project milestones.
Provide technical scheduling guidance and support to project and construction management teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Relevant professional licensure or certifications strongly preferred.
10+ years of scheduling experience, including at least 5 years directly supporting active construction projects.
Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 and related scheduling tools such as Schedule Analyzer, Microsoft Project, Claims Digger, or similar software.
Aviation and Transportation construction project experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, schedule analysis, contract requirements, and time-impact evaluations.
Willing to be full-time onsite in El Segundo, CA.

The salary range for this position is $147,000 - $167,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
