Job Description & Summary

Responsable de la ejecución, coordinación y revisión de proyectos legales, así como la capacitación al personal de menor categoría.

¿Que harás?

Ser responsable de la revisión y emisión diaria del Tax News a ser remitido al Socio.
Elaboración y preparación del borrador de respuestas de requerimientos de clientes que será presentado por el Gerente.
Ser responsable de procesos legales - administrativos de alta complejidad, lo cual implica elaborar una estrategia de defensa con argumentos de hecho y derecho específicos a cada caso.
Preparar el material de apoyo para capacitaciones internas y externas de la firma.
Ser un canal de comunicación eficiente entre el cliente, Gerente y equipo de trabajo para cumplimiento de objetivos.
Elaborar propuestas o contratos relacionados a los proyectos con clientes.
Elaborar informes, escritos, peticiones, demandas, recursos de revisión y casación, consultas, acciones extraordinarias de protección y cualquier otro recurso que deba ser presentado ante las autoridades de control relacionadas al derecho empresarial / tributario
Apoyar en procesos de materia legal como: juicios, audiencias, diligencias como parte del equipo de abogados patrocinadores del cliente.

¿Qué buscamos?

Profesional con título superior en Derecho, deseable título de cuarto nivel
3 a 4 años de preferencia de experiencia en derecho empresarial / tributario

Conocimientos:

Inglés Intermedio (B2)
MSOffice (avanzado)
Conocimiento especializados en alguna de las ramas del derecho empresarial: societario, laboral, tributario, civil, migratorio.
Manejo de equipos de trabajo (1 a 2 años)
Habilidades comerciales
