About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive – Human Resources to join Jumeirah Al Naseem (National Talent) from September 2026 onwards.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Maintain HRIS accuracy and ensure timely updates of colleague records for compliance and audits.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth induction and exit formalities. 
• Organize and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs. 
• Support disciplinary investigations and maintain accurate employee relations documentation. 
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and UAE labor law, supporting audits and inspections. 
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements, including digitization and SOP updates.  

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management or international equivalent. 
• HR certifications (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent) 
• Knowledge of UAE labour law 
• 3 – 5 years HR experience 
• Experience in luxury hospitality and multicultural environments desirable
