We are looking for a Senior Manager Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) to lead our global eCommerce strategy and help build a scalable, best-in-class digital commerce ecosystem across our markets. This is a unique opportunity to shape Sonova's future DTC platform, drive global expansion, and influence digital commerce at enterprise scale.
What you'll do
- Define and drive Sonova's global DTC product strategy and roadmap
- Lead the rollout of our global eCommerce platform across priority markets (beginning with North America and Nordics)
- Partner with regional teams to launch and scale DTC capabilities internationally
- Own the DTC performance framework, KPIs, reporting, and insights
- Translate business requirements into platform and IT priorities
- Develop the marketplace strategy
- Balance global standards with local market needs and opportunities
- Identify growth opportunities and drive continuous optimization of the customer journey and commercial performance
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in DTC, eCommerce, or digital commerce within an international organization
- Proven success developing and scaling global eCommerce strategies across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, marketplaces, and consumer journeys
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with Shopify or other modern commerce platforms is an advantage
