Service Project Specialist

This position reports to:

• Perform site service activities which shall include but not limited to site service trouble shooting, hot & cold testing & commissioning, warranty cases and maintenance services (preventive and normal).
• Site service report: On time provide good quality site service report upon completion of each job.
• Build up strong relationships with customers and achieve customer satisfaction
• Training: Be part of instructor / trainer team to train others and share experiences.
• Sales Support: Site service engineers is our key interface with customers and expect him/her to demonstrate good image and professional advice to customers on its needs and feedback to our Service Sales.
• Aggressively implement and support additional responsibilities as required by Management.

• ​Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Major: In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years’ working experience in power system equipment maintenance and commissioning Language: English CET-4 or above
• Personality: Self-motivation, can travel frequently High responsibility and can take the extra duty;
• good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently under high pressure, proactive, open-minded and self-motivated, adapt to travelling frequently;
• Willing to accept the challenge and self-learning;
• Team working, and willing to share the experience;
• Good communicator skill - Mandarin & English
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Willingness to travel and work on-need basis.
