Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior Manager Financial Analysis supports business growth by providing financial analysis, commercial deal review, and decision support for sales and business stakeholders. The role is responsible for evaluating customer incentives, partnership arrangements, and strategic investments to ensure financial viability, compliance with accounting policies, and alignment with company objectives.

The successful candidate will leverage advanced analytical, data visualization, automation, and Generative AI tools to enhance deal evaluation, forecasting, reporting, and process efficiency. This role requires strong business acumen, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to translate complex financial insights into clear recommendations for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate customer deals, incentive agreements, and commercial proposals, providing recommendations on financial impact, profitability, and risk.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, investment cases, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, contractual obligations, internal controls, and approval requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to structure commercially sound and financially sustainable agreements.
• Analyze revenue, expense, and profitability trends, delivering actionable insights to support business growth.
• Prepare management reporting, business performance analyses, forecasts, and executive presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, data analytics, and digital solutions.
• Support internal and external audit requirements, ensuring adherence to SOX and control standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in deal-review processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize data visualization and analytical tools to communicate financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Experience in managing finance teams in a commercial, multi-national environment.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analytics.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business partnering skills..
• Experience in process improvement and automation within finance operations.
• Experience in developing and leveraging professional relationships with key leadership across international geographies.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under pressure.

AI, Digital & Data Fluency Requirements:

The candidate must demonstrate strong digital fluency and a proactive approach to leveraging emerging technologies.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to enhance productivity, automate analysis, generate insights, and improve decision quality.
• Ability to apply AI-assisted techniques for financial analysis, contract review, forecasting, reporting, and process optimization while maintaining appropriate governance and data privacy standards.
• Experience with automation technologies (Power Automate, Python, SQL, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously adopt new digital and AI capabilities to improve business outcomes.
