Funções:

- A sua principal missão será garantir a segurança através de uma manutenção preventiva e corretiva adequada do equipamento de elevadores, promovendo simultaneamente os nossos serviços através de aconselhamento profissional adequado.
- Será responsável pela satisfação do cliente através de um serviço de qualidade e de uma comunicação regular, proactiva e precisa no local.
- Efectuará práticas de trabalho seguras e identificará oportunidades de reparação.
- Contribuirá para a melhoria contínua dos produtos, dos métodos e da segurança, fornecendo feedback ao supervisor e ao departamento de qualidade.
- Será responsável pela elaboração de relatórios precisos e em tempo real sobre o trabalho realizado e os materiais consumidos.
- Na KONE fazemos as coisas em conjunto, será apoiado por uma equipa que o apoiará no seu trabalho diário e terá um supervisor que trabalhará em conjunto consigo para alcançar os melhores resultados.
