Estamos a recrutar um Técnico de Plataforma de Retalho (m/f) para a nossa Direção Marketing & Digital , que terá como missão dinamizar as propostas junto das equipas comerciais dos nossos parceiros, assim como efetuar o acompanhamento das mesmas e ser o interlocutor das equipas comercias dos nossos Parceiros e das áreas internas de forma a otimizar o processo.

Função:

Dinamizar as propostas de Retalho Auto junto das equipas comerciais dos parceiros;
Efetuar o acompanhamento diário de dashboards comerciais, e realizar de forma proactiva os contatos (outbound) junto dos parceiros que permitam agilizar o seguimento das propostas;
Ser o interlocutor junto das equipas de comerciais dos Parceiros, assim como dar apoio de helpdesk (inbound) para a clarificação e desbloqueio de propostas em status de anomalia e correção de erros;
Articular com outras as áreas internas da Unidade, sempre que tal se justifique e com o propósito de promover a resolução de situações de bloqueio ao nível da proposta;
Tratamento de Leads dos canais digitais.

Perfil:

Licenciatura;
Conhecimento de produtos de financiamento e serviços automóvel;
Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de dados e reporting na ótica do utilizador;
Bons conhecimentos em ferramentas de Office;
Orientação para resultados;
Capacidade conceptual e analítica;
Orientação para resultados;
Bom relacionamento interpessoal e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
Atitude proativa na gestão dos riscos inerentes às atividades no seu dia-a-dia.
