How the process works: registration and application form; an online blended assessment (situational judgement and video questions); a one-day in-person assessment centre (one-to-one interview, business simulation and case study); then offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotating through practice areas over a two-year training contract
- Completing sponsored PGDL and/or LLM SQE at the University of Law where applicable
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential
- Three A-Levels at ABB minimum (or 128 UCAS points) in one exam period, no resits
- 2.1 degree or above (gained or predicted)
- Already graduated (law or non-law), or graduating from a law degree in summer 2027
- Evidence against our five attributes: Technical Skills; Commerciality and Value; Client Service and Growth; People and Culture; Change and Curiosity
- Up to five relevant experiences (employment, placements, volunteering, sport, positions of responsibility); legal work experience is not required
