As a Senior Manager in PwC Bermuda's U.S. Tax team, you will lead a team focused on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.With PwC Bermuda you will thrive as a strategic advisor, leveraging your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results, whilst motivating and coach others to come together to solve complex problems. Required skills/experience:
Extensive experience and knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and consulting needs relevant to the funds industry and various investment funds;
Success identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships, and identifying potential new service opportunities; including preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;
Proven success as a team leader; leading teams to deliver, establish direction and motivate members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and encouraging improvement and innovation;
Advanced knowledge of tax compliance software(s), Microsoft Office applications, and latest tax technologies;
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in accounting/taxation or a law degree from an accredited university; plus
Minimum of 7 years U.S taxation work experience with an international accounting Firm or similar work experience specialising in U.S tax issues of partnerships and corporations; and
Successful completion of Qualification as a U.S. Certified Public Accounting or IRS Enrolled Agent qualification preferred. Candidates without the aforementioned qualifications, who have relevant US Tax experience will also be considered.
Minimum years experience required:
• A minimum of 7 years U.S taxation work experience with an international accounting Firm or similar work experience specialising in U.S tax issues of partnerships and corporations
