Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Value Realization Manager to oversee the delivery of strategic, financial, and operational benefits from a major outsourcing program. Working closely with Business, Finance, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Operations teams, you will establish a clear framework for tracking commitments, costs, performance, and realized benefits.

In this role, you will support effective management of the outsourcing contract and partner performance, identify opportunities to strengthen program outcomes, and ensure costs, risks, and results are visible and well governed. You will translate contractual commitments and delivery performance into measurable business outcomes, providing stakeholders with reliable reporting and insights to support timely decisions and continuous improvement.

The role includes:

• Managing the GDO GPO Practice Team and coordinating with the OBI Practice Team. Both teams are closely involved in 360-degree cost modeling for the different Service Contracts.
• Managing one business analyst responsible for overall value realization.

You will contribute directly to cost optimization and outsourcing contract performance by defining key value realization KPIs, managing cost components, and coordinating with Finance and Sourcing on the project’s cash position and P&L. You will also provide visibility into the program’s operational efficiency benefits and its impact on Orange Business customers’ operations.

Working across a broad and dynamic business area, you will have significant exposure to senior leadership and play a visible role in strategic decision-making forums.

Main Activities

The Value Realization Manager isresponsible for tracking and ensuring the realization of expected benefits from outsourcing initiatives.

• Cost management: follow up of the cost versus outsourcing contract, cost projection, forecast/ volume projection, monitoring of the impact of the commercial KPI different unit and volume evolution
• Coordinate the GDO GPO Practice Team and the OBI Practice Team,for the different Service Description Contract cost components reliable evolution
• Cost management & OB suppliers impacted by the project: coordination with the BU & Sourcing on supplier contracts impacted in order to keep the third Party cost on track
• Monitor Orange Business Forecast impact on outsourcing contract cost projection, synchronize with Sourcing for the evolution and impact on this outsourcing contract.
  • Communication pack to the Exec: production of the different communication pack to the Exec (monthly Exec board, specific IC etc.)
  • Value Realization Tracker (Contracted value Delivered value Validated valueP&L realized value)
• Define / request update on the digital platform for the Exec part
• Define clear “Value Realisation KPIs and success metrics aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor ongoing performance against these KPIs, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Drive initiatives to optimize vendor performance, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on value realization, including benefits tracking and ROI analysis. This includes different KPI such as (and not limited to):
  • contract saving time table and status, rate reduction overview, service credit, penalties and rebates,
  • Operational efficiency: monitor Orange benefits thanks the different levers such as productivity commitments, automation benefits, process transformation, headcount reduction, productivity, offshoring monitoring…
  • Orange Business Customers operational benefits (NPS/ CSAT, First Call Resolution, …), monitor process compliance /adherence
  • Monitors Orange Business Customers revenues increase thanks to the service provided by the outsourcing contract
• Initiate and lead the monthly Value Realization Board, chaired by the CEO and relevant stakeholders and attended by Contract Management, Finance, and Operations
• Production of different Exec documentations

Coordination with Sourcing and Finance

• Work closely with the B2B Transformation Strategic Buyer responsible for the outsourcing contract.
• Coordinate with Finance to validate and regularly monitor the project’s cash position and business case.

• Executive dashboard covering value realization and cost tracking

Hard Skills

• Strong financial expertise
• Knowledge of outsourcing across a broad scope, including products, HR, Orange Business operational governance—is an advantage
• Excellent understanding of key operational features
