Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Chargebacks inkl. Beleg- und Dokumentationsprüfung.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Merchant- und Zahlungsdienstleister-Teams zur Klärung von Fällen.
- Unterstützung beim Retrieval-Prozess (Beweismaterial, Transaktionsdaten) und Reporting.
- Mitwirkung an Prozessverbesserungen, SLA-Beobachtung und Datenpflege
Das bringst du mit
- Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Jura, Finance oder vergleichbar.
- Erste Erfahrungen oder starkes Interesse im Zahlungsverkehr, Chargebacks oder Fraud-Umfeld.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
- Fließendes Deutsch und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
