Design and develop architectural plans for restaurant spaces, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and customer expectations.
Collaborate with interior designers and other stakeholders to create cohesive and functional interiors.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and understand the unique requirements of each project.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and permitting processes.
Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Address any design-related issues or challenges that may arise during the construction phase.
Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in architecture and interior design, particularly in the retail and hospitality sectors.
Provide creative solutions and innovative ideas to enhance the overall dining experience.
Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on retail or restaurant spaces.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential.
Strong understanding of building codes, construction processes, and materials.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creative thinking and a passion for design, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits and project management.
