Architect

As an Architect at Americana, you will be a key member of our Design department, responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for our diverse range of projects. Your role will involve collaborating with a talented team of designers and engineers to bring our clients' visions to life, ensuring that our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

• Lead the architectural design process for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and models using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and understand the project's context and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, interior designers, and project managers, to ensure a cohesive design approach.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
• Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, and reports to clients, clearly communicating the design vision and addressing their needs.
• Manage and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to select appropriate materials and oversee the construction process.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3-5 years of post-graduation experience as an Architect, with a proven track record in Retail, Hospitality, or F&B Design.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Valid professional license or registration as an Architect (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Flexibility to travel for site visits and project meetings as required.
