The Associate will work as part of the Corporate Real Estate team, providing legal advice and support to a diverse range of clients on real estate transactions and related matters. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing documentation, as well as supporting senior lawyers and partners on complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and property development
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction management
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and other stakeholders
• Support senior lawyers and partners in the management of large-scale transactions
• Keep up to date with relevant legal developments and market trends
• Assist with business development initiatives and client relationship management

• Qualified to practise as a solicitor in Australia
• 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate real estate law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in handling real estate transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

This role follows our 'balanced' hybrid working approach and as long as business needs allow, you will be supported to work in a hybrid way in line with the hybrid working policy.

The expectation for this role is to be working in the office for a minimum of XX% of your time.

Category three (more remote) :

Due to the nature of this role, it is recognised that it can be performed mostly remotely with the expectation of coming into the office only as business needs require.
