Buscamos una persona con experiencia en Customer Forecasting y Supply Chain, que tenga conocimiento directo de Walmart como cliente y sea capaz de transformar información comercial, tendencias e indicadores en planes de acción que aseguren un adecuado nivel de servicio y disponibilidad de producto.

Esta posición tendrá un fuerte enfoque en forecasting, trabajando de manera cercana con Walmart y con equipos internos como Commercial, Planning y Supply Chain para anticipar la demanda, gestionar prioridades y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

Gestionar y dar seguimiento al proceso de Customer Forecast, identificando tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades.
Analizar los principales indicadores relacionados con disponibilidad, inventarios y nivel de servicio, incluyendo Fill Rate e InStock.
Trabajar directamente con Walmart, entendiendo sus dinámicas, calendarios comerciales, campañas, indicadores y necesidades.
Utilizar herramientas de Walmart como GRS y Retail Link para el seguimiento y análisis de información.
Coordinar con equipos de Commercial, Planning y Supply Chain para asegurar alineación entre demanda, abastecimiento e inventarios.
Identificar causas raíz de quiebres, desviaciones o problemas de disponibilidad y desarrollar planes de acción concretos.
Priorizar oportunidades y principales drivers del negocio utilizando una lógica Pareto.
Negociar y alinear prioridades con el cliente y stakeholders internos.
Buscar oportunidades para automatizar y simplificar procesos manuales mediante herramientas digitales e Inteligencia Artificial.

Experiencia y conocimientos requeridos

Aproximadamente 2 a 5 años de experiencia profesional en áreas relacionadas con Customer Forecasting, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Planning o posiciones similares.
Experiencia directa trabajando con Walmart como cliente, idealmente manejando o dando soporte a la cuenta.
Conocimiento de los principales indicadores y herramientas de Walmart, incluyendo GRS y Retail Link.
Experiencia o conocimiento sólido del proceso de Customer Forecast.
Entendimiento de Supply Chain End-to-End, incluyendo abastecimiento, inventarios, distribución, Fill Rate, InStock y gestión de quiebres.
Experiencia trabajando directamente con clientes y equipos comerciales.
Manejo y análisis de información para la toma de decisiones y construcción de planes de acción.
Inglés intermedio.
No se requiere experiencia en una categoría específica. El conocimiento de forecasting y del cliente Walmart será más relevante que la categoría previamente manejada.
