Nesse papel, você irá:

Atuar na análise estratégica do portfólio de crédito, conectando diferentes indicadores para construir uma visão integrada sobre desempenho, risco e rentabilidade;
Analisar e acompanhar indicadores de crédito e rentabilidade, como PDD, carteira, NPL e Stage 3, apoiando a construção de análises e narrativas para a tomada de decisão;
Desenvolver estudos e análises aprofundadas sobre temas relacionados a crédito e produtos do varejo;
Realizar comparativos de mercado, simulações e análises de cenários, avaliando impactos nos principais indicadores da carteira;
Transformar análises complexas e grandes volumes de dados em insights claros e apresentações executivas, apoiando discussões estratégicas da área;
Utilizar Databricks para exploração, tratamento e análise de dados relacionados ao negócio de crédito.

Para esse papel, valorizamos:

Experiência sênior no mercado de crédito, com profundo conhecimento dos principais indicadores utilizados na gestão de risco e rentabilidade;
Domínio de indicadores como PDD, carteira, NPL e Stage 3, com capacidade de interpretar suas relações e impactos no negócio;
Perfil fortemente analítico, com visão ampla do negócio e capacidade de transformar dados em diagnósticos, insights e recomendações;
Conhecimento em programação e análise de dados utilizando Databricks;
Capacidade de elaborar apresentações executivas em PowerPoint, estruturando análises de maneira clara, objetiva e com boa narrativa;
Facilidade para conduzir estudos, simulações e análises comparativas relacionadas a crédito e produtos financeiros;
Espanhol será considerado um diferencial, devido à interação da área com equipes na Espanha.
