Deine Aufgaben
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Produktmanagements Brokerage sowie Förderung einer leistungsorientierten und kundenfokussierten Organisation.
- Verantwortung für das Produktmanagement Brokerage im deutschen Retail Banking
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie unter Berücksichtigung von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanforderungen sowie Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios
- Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Ertrags- und Wachstumsfelder im Brokerage-Segment
- Bewertung von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen und regulatorischen Entwicklungen zur Ableitung von Wachstumsinitiativen.
- Verantwortung für den Produktlebenszyklus von der Konzeption über die Implementierung bis zur laufenden Optimierung.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie interner Kontroll- und Governance-Vorgaben.
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungs- oder Bankenumfeld sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Organisationseinheiten, Headquarter-Funktionen sowie externen Produktgebern und Dienstleistern von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Produktmanagement von Investmentprodukten
- Führungs- und Steuerungskompetenz
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsstärke
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Ergebnis- und Kundenorientierung
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
