He aha te mahi? What's the role?

This is a fixed-term contract from November 2026 until March 2028. The Market Supply Support role sits within the Planning and Supply area of Supply Chain, reporting directly to the Market Supply Manager. You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing assistance and backup to Market Supply Coordinators to ensure effective and continuous order management service levels for all markets.
• Accurately creating export orders in accordance with market requirements and within the scope of the Supply Agreement to fulfil market demand.
• Working effectively with the Planning & Supply Team, Shipping team, and internal and external logistics providers to assign orders to shipments, meet shipping and stow requirements, and manage order changes.
• Completing Post Goods Issue (PGI) amendments for both STO and DSO within Zespri’s COD Policy to meet market requirements.
• Proactively communicating with the Operations team regarding market supply parameters and priorities.
• Producing and distributing specific market reports after PGI.
• Supporting the wider team to resolve supply issues and ensure export orders are fulfilled.

With highly developed computer skills and experience working to deadlines under pressure, you will meet the following selection criteria:

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to learn new systems and contribute feedback into systems development and implementation
• Experience in a supply chain, order management, inventory management or logistics environment advantageous
• Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines under pressure
• Flexibility to work overtime through the main season (February – August)
• Flexibility for some rostered weekend work and out-of-hours accessibility by phone/email during the main season
