AI in this role
Own the platform and extensibility layer that enables major financial institutions to integrate and scale with Rogo's AI platform.
Why Rogo
Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.
This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.
Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.
The Role
We're looking for an exceptional, commercially-minded product manager to own the platform that lets the world's largest financial institutions adopt, extend, and scale with Rogo: the API/MCP and extensibility layer, the admin and permissioning systems, and the pricing and packaging behind them. You'll work across every function at Rogo to make it effortless for the most demanding institutions in the world to adopt, integrate, and grow with Rogo.
Key Responsibilities
Own the API/MCP and extensibility layer that lets firms and partners build on Rogo
Build the admin, permissioning, and entitlement systems that map to complex organizational structures
Own billing, credits, consumption, and rate limits, and the pricing and packaging model itself
Partner closely with sales, post-sales, and enablement to turn commercial needs into product
Prototype and build to figure out what is worth shipping. We prototype in design or code (everyone here builds with AI) far more than we write long specs, then partner closely with engineering and design to bring it to life and unblock the team continuously
Hold a high bar for quality and craft across the entire enterprise experience, including the systems the largest institutions in the world depend on every day
Work with engineering, design, and customer teams to onboard, retain, and scale the largest organizations on Rogo
What You Will Need
Strong product management or startup product experience. You've owned and shipped real product; experience with enterprise SaaS, platforms, API/MCP, or developer tooling is a strong plus
Commercial instincts. You're comfortable owning pricing and packaging and partnering with go-to-market, and you think about how a product is bought, not only how it's built
Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI tools
A technical foundation. You're genuinely technical: you ship code, prototype and build rather than just spec, and can go deep with engineers. A degree in computer science, math, or engineering (or equivalent experience) is a plus
A high bar for craft and usability. You believe the systems that power an enterprise should feel as thoughtful and powerful as any product Rogo ships
Finance experience is a plus, but not required
A trusted presence with senior stakeholders. You present with poise to senior enterprise and finance leaders and represent Rogo with polish; you're a steward of the company in every conversation
Exceptionally sharp, detail-oriented, organized, and high-output, with strong taste and a low ego
Who You Are
You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.
You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.
You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.
You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.
Why Join Rogo?
Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.
Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.
A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.
Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.
Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.

Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: Product Management, API, Extensibility, Enterprise Saas, and Platform. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
