PURPOSE

Diese Rolle trägt dazu bei, ein sicheres, gesundes und nachhaltiges Arbeitsumfeld am Standort Thayngen zu schaffen, indem Audit-Erkenntnisse in konkrete Verbesserungsmassnahmen überführt und deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung nachhaltig sichergestellt werden.

WAS WERDEN DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN SEIN

Du unterstützt das SHE-Team (Safety, Health & Environment-Team) bei der Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Audit-Massnahmen.
Du analysierst bestehende Audit-Feststellungen und bereitest diese strukturiert auf.
Du unterstützt bei der Dokumentation von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmassnahmen.
Du koordinierst dich mit relevanten Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung vereinbarter Massnahmen.
Du pflegst und aktualisierst SHE-Dokumentationen, Standards und Datenbanken.
Du wirkst bei Sicherheitsrundgängen und SHE-Projekten mit.
Du erstellst Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Statusberichte.
Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung interner und externer Audits.

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN

Laufendes Studium im Bereich Safety, Health & Environment, Umweltwissenschaften, Sicherheitstechnik, Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
Interesse an Arbeits- und Anlagensicherheit sowie Umweltmanagement.
Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine hohe Detailgenauigkeit.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.

WÜNSCHENSWERTE QUALIFIKATIONEN

Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich SHE, Auditmanagement, Umweltmanagement oder Arbeitssicherheit.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Dokumentationen, Datenbanken oder digitalen Reporting-Tools.
Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und einer klaren Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen.
