Jesteśmy Zespołem Kadrowym ING. Dbamy o procesy związane z zatrudnianiem, zmianami warunków zatrudnienia i rozwiązywaniem umów, wykorzystując nowoczesne i cyfrowe rozwiązania HR. Pracujemy w środowisku Workday i SAP wspierając pracowników oraz liderów na każdym etapie cyklu życia pracownika.

Jeśli chcesz zdobyć praktyczne doświadczenie w obszarze HR, poznać procesy kadrowe od środka i pracować z ekspertami, zapraszamy do naszego zespołu!

Twoje zadania

poznajesz procesy kadrowe związane z zatrudnieniem, zmianą warunków zatrudnienia oraz rozwiązywaniem umów
pracujesz w różnych systemach, w tym między innymi: Workday i SAP
uczysz się obsługi elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów oraz zgłoszeń pracowniczych
wspierasz pracowników i liderów w realizacji procesów HR
współpracujesz z ekspertami HR oraz angażujesz się w projekty usprawniające procesy
weźmiesz udział w inicjatywach realizowanych również w międzynarodowym środowisku

Nasze oczekiwania

jesteś studentem/studentką lub absolwentem/absolwentką do 2 lat po ukończeniu studiów
znasz język angielski na poziomie min. B2
jesteś dostępny_a minimum 35 godzin tygodniowo
cechują Cię dokładność, zaangażowanie i dobra organizacja pracy
szybko uczysz się nowych systemów i narzędzi
lubisz współpracować z innymi i chętnie zadajesz pytania

Mile widziane

kierunek studiów związany z prawem, administracją, zarządzaniem lub HR
podstawowa znajomość prawa pracy
zainteresowanie nowoczesnymi rozwiązaniami HR
