The Transformation Division plays a pivotal role in translating business strategy into high-impact programmes that drive growth, enhance customer experience, and support long-term sustainable performance. Working in close partnership with senior leaders and Finance, the team operates across the organisation to shape and deliver initiatives that enable the business to remain competitive in a fast-moving retail landscape. As part of this dynamic and collaborative function, you will contribute to a multi-year transformation agenda that delivers meaningful outcomes for both colleagues and customers.

More about the role

You are confident using data, insight, and external perspectives to inform decision-making, and can distil complex information into clear, actionable recommendations aligned to broader business and customer objectives.

You are a proactive and curious individual who approaches challenges with resilience and a growth mindset. You build credibility quickly and can influence effectively at all organisational levels through clear, structured communication. You champion collaborative ways of working and foster an environment where teams are encouraged to think creatively, test ideas, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Experience in Supply chain and Logistics, with knowledge of best practice in warehouse and transport operations
  • Experience of successful cross-functional working (across the breadth of the business) at scale and strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
