Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managing accommodations, preferably in a camp or similar setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for accommodation management.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the accommodation industry.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions, with good problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle various accommodation-related tasks and challenges.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to implement new ideas and improvements.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different accommodation sites as required.
