We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Area Manager to join Societe Marocaine de Projets Touristiques in the KFC - Brand Operations RSC department. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and coach, able to motivate and support store teams, and drive the business forward. This role is crucial in maintaining brand consistency and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all stores.

Oversee and manage multiple KFC stores, ensuring smooth daily operations and high performance.
Coach and develop store managers and team members, providing guidance and support.
Implement and maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback to store managers for continuous improvement.
Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained across all stores.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar management role, preferably in the QSR industry.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate others.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of QSR operations, including food safety and customer service standards.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as POS systems and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for store visits.
Fluency in both French and English is preferred.
