Key job responsibilities
- Análise da operação de supply chain utilizando dados e identificando as causas dos problemas operacionais (giro de estoque, lead time, reabastecimento, taxa de confirmação, forecast);
- Definição de planos de ação conjunta com os parceiros para eliminar defeitos de Supply Chain e fazer revisões regulares de progresso com fornecedores para criar resultados sustentáveis de longo prazo;
- Cooperar e construir um relacionamento de confiança em todas as funções e níveis de trabalho dentro da organização do parceiro (por exemplo, gerente de contas chave, gerente de Supply Chain, gerente de atendimento ao cliente), bem como na Amazon (Vendor Managers - gerentes comerciais, especialistas de contas chave, InStock Managers - gerentes de Supply Chain, gerentes de produto/programa, Equipes de Operações);
- Preparação de revisões regulares de progresso para implementar soluções sustentáveis e resultados de longo prazo;
- Organização e gestão de projetos com fornecedores sobre melhoria contínua/Kaizens;
- Desenvolvimento de projetos internos para desenvolver ainda mais o programa AVS (por exemplo, planejamento de recursos, comunicação interna e externa, criação de mecanismos para soluções de problemas de toda a população de fornecedores, automação de relatórios etc.)
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or a related field
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network
- Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution logistics environments, retail, or grocery management roles
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing or influencing senior stakeholders in a commercial or client-facing context
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience with process improvement, Kaizan, and Six Sigma, or experience as a lean sensei
- Experience managing people
