Hlavní zodpovědnosti:

Přijímání všech informací od zákazníků (EDI) ohledně dodávek finálních výrobků a zpětné poskytování informací zákazníkům
Příprava výrobního plánu v SAPu podle odvolávek zákazníků jako podklad pro objednávání materiálu MPS, MRP
Rozdělování výrobních dávek do směn a na výrobní linky
Plánování časů nakládek v systému "truck image"
Objednávání dopravy
Denní komunikace se zákazníky, dopravci, supervizory výroby, expedicí
Sledování zákaznických portálů, analýzy získaných dat
Zajišťování činností spojených s dodávkami náhradních dílů zákazníkům
Koordinace všech logistických činností spojených s finálními výrobky

Požadavky:

středoškolské /vysokoškolské vzdělání ekonomického nebo technického směru
zkušenost v oblasti logistiky, automotive prostředí výhodou
aktivní znalost AJ, NJ výhodou
znalost SAP, MS Office, Google apps
komunikační dovednosti, analytické myšlení
odolnost vůči stresu
