How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? 

Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien für das Dokumentenmanagement und die Tool-Landschaft im North Central Europe (NCE) Bereich.
Standardisierung von Dokumentationsvorlagen, -prozessen und -richtlinien für NCE-Projekte.
Auswahl, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Dokumentenmanagement-Systemen (DMS) und Kollaborationstools für NCE.
Schulung und Unterstützung von NCE-Mitarbeitern bei der effektiven Nutzung von Dokumentenmanagement-Tools und -Prozessen.
Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität, -sicherheit und -compliance gemäß internen Richtlinien und externen Vorschriften.
Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Dokumentenmanagement-Workflows zur Steigerung der Effizienz.
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern
Projektteams, Qualitätssicherung) zur Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Lösungen.
Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu den verwendeten Tools und Prozessen.

Are you a MATCH?

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium in Ingenieurwesen oder ähnliche Qualifikation
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise
Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office / Google
MS-Project / Smartsheets
