We will count on you to/業務内容：

JAMIにおける営業担当者として、企業に対する団体保険提案や制度設計、ならびに顧客企業の従業員様向けの保険募集企画実行や説明会講師を担当いただきます。

What you need to have/ 求める経験・スキル：

営業経験必須
顧客のニーズを汲み取り、相手に分かり易いように伝えることができるコミュニケーション力
高いプレゼンテーション力および実務経験
高いチームワークを発揮できる方
能動的に自ら考えて行動できる方
基本的なPCスキル：ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントなど
英語に抵抗が無い方（業務では使用しませんが、社内メールや社内システムなど、情報の記載が英語の場合があります）
その他：入社後に生命保険・損害保険の募集人資格を取得
