Job Description

Just imagine helping more shoppers discover the right LEGO® products and experiences through social media at exactly the right moment. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Paid Media Associate, you'll be part of the LEGO Group’s in-house digital marketing capability, working closely with LEGO Retail to bring LEGO® products, experiences and brand stories to consumers across paid social platforms. You'll support campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across key channels while growing into a trusted paid social specialist. This is an opportunity to combine platform expertise, data, creativity and commercial thinking in a role that directly influences how consumers engage with our products online.

Required Qualifications

  • Delivered performance driven paid social campaigns across Meta and other social platforms, managing activation, optimisation and performance reporting, with a focus on driving traffic and sales.
  • Managed campaign objectives, budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, placements and creative formats
  • Applied Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms to evaluate and improve campaign performance
  • Built tracking and attribution frameworks using pixels, conversion APIs, consent management platforms and measurement tools
  • Launched and optimised paid social campaigns with clear performance outcomes and measurable business impact
  • Conducted structured testing across audiences, creative approaches, formats, landing pages or campaign setups and used findings to improve future activity
  • Provided performance insights and actionable optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Worked with additional paid social platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat or Pinterest
  • Applied measurement and experimentation approaches including attribution, incrementality or brand and conversion lift studies

What you'll build

  • Execute, quality check and optimise paid social campaigns across key LEGO Retail initiatives
  • Turn commercial priorities into effective paid social activation plans
  • Contribute to reporting, insights and recommendations that improve campaign performance
  • Support experimentation across audiences, creative formats and platform capabilities
  • Develop increasing ownership of campaign delivery and become a trusted paid social specialist within the team

If you've worked in a role where you've personally built, launched and improved paid social campaigns based on performance data, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, apply insights and use testing to make future activity more effective.

Life on the team

You'll join GMA, where we help LEGO Retail connect with consumers through relevant and inspiring digital media. We're a collaborative, open team that shares ideas, explores new opportunities and learns from one another every day. We combine the flexibility of home working with the value of spending time together in person, creating a hybrid rhythm that supports both focused work and meaningful collaboration.

What success looks like

Success comes from becoming confident in a space that evolves constantly. You'll learn how new platforms, technologies and changing consumer behaviours create opportunities to improve performance and rethink how we connect with shoppers. Over the next 12–18 months, the team will continue strengthening its in-house paid social capabilities through greater use of data, automation and AI-powered optimisation. You'll work closely with paid social specialists, LEGO Retail stakeholders, creative teams and analytics partners to help shape smarter and more effective media activity.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
