Summary:
- We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to own defined workstreams or smaller projects within Global Business Services (GBS) transformation programmes.
- You will turn agreed scope into delivered outcomes, owning plans and progress

Key Responsibilities:
- Own agreed deliverables and outcomes for defined workstreams or smaller projects within delegated scope, cost, time and quality limits.
- Own and maintain project plans for assigned projects or workstreams.

- Coordinate activity across functional specialists, sending teams, delivery centres, the programme office, change teams, and service management teams.
- Support transition activity through mobilisation, design, knowledge transfer, readiness, go-live and stabilisation.
- Own and coordinate timely status updates. Maintain actions, risks, issues and dependencies registers
- Apply the GBS Stage Gate methodology and support associated governance reviews.

Desirable Experience
- GBS, Shared Services or GCC exposure.
- Experience of service transition, operating-model change and transformation.

- Experience scheduling in Microsoft Project (MSP) or an equivalent tool.
