How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? 

Produktions- & Schichtplanung: Steuerung des täglichen Füllregimes sowie die bedarfs- und fristgerechte Koordination der Schichtteams.
Prozess- & Qualitätsoptimierung: Sicherstellung effizienter, sicherer und qualitätsgerechter Abläufe inklusive aktiver Überwachung und Feinjustierung der Prozessparameter.
Ressourcenmanagement: Überwachung des Bedarfs an Einsatzstoffen sowie optimale Auslastung und Sortierung des Füllraums.
Arbeits- & Anlagensicherheit: Konsequente Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards vor Ort.
Standortlogistik & Versand: Reibungslose Kommissionierung und Verladung, Koordination aller lokalen Logistikaktivitäten sowie Schnittstellenarbeit zur Primär- und Sekundärdisposition.

Are you a MATCH?

Ausbildung & Praxis: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation – idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Meisterweiterbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.
EDV-Kompetenz: Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office/Google-Anwendungen, ERP-Systemen (SAP/Servitrax) und Füllcomputern.
Zusatzqualifikationen: Gültige Beauftragung zum Führen von Flurförderzeugen sowie die Qualifikation als beauftragte Person für Gefahrgut.
