Centrum Rozwoju i Zarządzania Talentami tworzy inicjatywy, projektuje i dostarcza rozwiązania oraz podejmuje działania na rzecz budowy krytycznych umiejętności, gotowości do zwinnego przechodzenia przez zmiany i tworzenia włączającej kultury organizacyjnej wspierającej rozwój osób pracujących w banku.

Twoje zadania

wspierasz osoby z zespołu w prowadzeniu projektów rozwojowych w zakresie m.in. budowy kluczowych umiejętności i projektowania ścieżek kariery realizowanych w skali całego banku
przygotowujesz prezentacje oraz dane szkoleniowe
dbasz o wewnętrzne strony informacyjne i materiały dotyczące działań rozwojowych
współpracujesz z innymi zespołami oraz globalną i lokalną wspólnotą HR
pomagasz w administrowaniu platformą szkoleniową (zapisy, zmiany, raporty poszkoleniowe)
przygotowujesz raporty dotyczące działań rozwojowych
odpowiadasz na zapytania ze strony pracowników_czek
kontaktujesz się z dostawcami (m.in. firmy szkoleniowe, catering, sale szkoleniowe)

Nasze oczekiwania

masz status studenta_ki lub absolwenta_ki (max. 2 lata po studiach) studiów licencjackich/magisterskich kierunków takich jak: psychologia, zarządzanie, socjologia lub pokrewne

swobodnie posługujesz się aplikacjami Excel i PowerPoint - warunek konieczny
jesteś dostępny_a min. 32 godziny w tygodniu
potrafisz tworzyć klarowną i angażującą komunikację
posługujesz się językiem angielskim min. na poziomie B2
znasz język polski na poziomie C2
lubisz pracę w zespole
